Life Link III Expands Partnership With Veryon, Deploying Defect Analysis Across Its Entire Fleet

Veryon and Life Link III reached a new agreement to deploy Veryon Defect Analysis for Business Aviation across their entire fleet, supporting Life Link III's Life-saving HEMS operations. Life Link III, an existing Veryon Tracking customer, identified an opportunity to strengthen its maintenance and reliability strategy further. The agreement reflects growing with Veryon as one of their long-term technology partners.

Veryon Defect Analysis extends the value of the existing maintenance dataset reflected in M&E systems. For customers like Life Link III, discrepancies are entered once in Veryon Tracking, recurring patterns are automatically surfaced through Veryon Defect Analysis, and maintenance actions are planned and executed in Veryon Tracking with greater confidence and consistency.

The decision to add Veryon Defect Analysis was driven by Life Link III's unwavering commitment to its mission as a Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS) provider. When lives are on the line and golden-hour operations run daily, reducing AOGs and increasing fleet availability are critical to the operation's success. Life Link III embraces technology as a forward-thinking operator and is excited about the potential of Veryon's new tool for the Business Aviation industry.

By expanding with Veryon and adding Defect Analysis across their fleet, Life Link III is focused on increasing visibility into repeat defects, reducing unplanned downtime, and improving maintenance decision-making across geographically distributed operations.

This agreement underscores a broader trend within air medical and Part 135 operations, where operators are investing in advanced defect intelligence to support reliability, regulatory confidence, and operational resilience.

Veryon Defect Analysis supports more than 25% of the world's Commercial Fleet, and with the recent launch for Business Aviation, now includes more than 200 business aircraft worldwide, reflecting growing adoption among high-utilization fleets seeking earlier insight into repeat defects and emerging reliability risks.
