flyExclusive Expands Partnership with Veryon to Adopt Veryon Defect Analysis Across its Charter Fleet
Veryon, a leading provider of information services and software solutions for the aviation industry, is expanding its partnership with flyExclusive, a Part 135 on-demand charter operator. This agreement builds on flyExclusive’s existing use of Veryon Tracking and adds Veryon Defect Analysis to help the operator reduce unscheduled maintenance and protect aircraft availability across its fleet of over 100 aircraft.
flyExclusive operates a high-utilization, mixed fleet of business jets, primarily Citation variants and Challengers, supporting time-critical charter missions under Part 135 regulations. At this scale, unscheduled maintenance directly impacts revenue, making early visibility into recurring defects a priority for the maintenance team. With Veryon Defect Analysis, the insights they need are now front and center – not buried in years of historical logbook data – so they can make decisions in real time.
Veryon Defect Analysis applies AI-driven text analysis to normalize defect data and surface recurring issues, even when they’re documented differently across aircraft, systems, or technicians. Just as importantly, it captures and shares the tribal knowledge locked inside years of maintenance history, making that insight accessible to the entire flyExclusive team. What once took hours of manual review can now be done in minutes, a meaningful shift in a charter environment where minutes matter.
Given the maintenance organization's aging fleet and aircraft availability as top priorities, expanding its Veryon footprint was a straightforward decision. By adding Veryon Defect Analysis, flyExclusive is positioning itself to move faster, act earlier, and stay ahead of the chronic issues that disrupt schedules and drive unnecessary cost.
This expanded partnership also reflects Veryon’s continued focus on supporting charter operators with practical, data-driven tools designed for real-world maintenance operations.
Veryon Defect Analysis supports more than 25% of the world’s Commercial Fleet, and with the recent launch for Business Aviation, now includes more than 200 business aircraft worldwide, reflecting growing adoption among high-utilization fleets seeking earlier insight into repeat defects and emerging reliability risks.
