Aircraft Efficiency: Performance Enhancements for Users

Written by Veryon | Jun 14, 2023 12:00:00 PM

Veryon, formerly known as ATP, a leading provider of information services and software solutions for the aviation industry, recently unveiled significant industry-leading performance enhancements for two of its platforms, Veryon Publications and Veryon Tracking.

Veryon Publications, formerly known as Aviation Hub, currently offers over 1,700 libraries across 100 airframes, engine, and equipment OEMs. In continuing to offer users the latest in technological advancements, a cross-organization effort between Veryon, AllCloud, and Amazon AWS was recently performed to migrate, modernize, and optimize Veryon Publications’ underlying infrastructure from Microsoft Azure to Amazon AWS.

With this migration, users will find significant experience improvements within the all-cloud-based platform, including search, browsing, and opening publications and compliance-related information.

“Being an all-cloud platform, scalability and availability is an essential part of our product offering and this migration enabled us for further platform enhancements,” said Fedor Gorin, Senior Director of Software Engineering at Veryon. “The platform automatically scales based on usage and responsiveness of the application. This ultimately enables our customers and partners to get their aircraft more uptime anywhere in the world at any time, utilizing a technology platform that is constantly evolving is key in achieving that.”

Veryon Tracking, formerly known as ATP Flightdocs, is designed to deliver integrated and optimized aviation maintenance, inventory, and operations software for real-time visibility into data across departments. The product is also integrated with Veryon Publications, allowing operators to harness the power of the documentation hub with a single click.

With recent updates to the platform, users now have the ability to add attachments to non-routines without editing and clearing eSignatures, display the work completed attachments to the maintenance items, and the option to print barcodes in bulk, among other aircraft efficiency enhancements.

“We strive to enhance the workflow speed of our customers,” said Wes Hyduke, Senior Product Manager for Veryon. “This collection of enhancements for our maintenance tracking and inventory management software provides a more seamless experience for our users while optimizing the efficiency of their operation.”

The new Veryon name and branding better reflect the company’s ability to lead the industry by taking technology to the next level with its machine learning capabilities.
