Emily Reagan is the Chief Marketing Officer at Veryon, where she leads the company’s global marketing strategy, focusing on driving growth, building meaningful customer connections, and advancing the aviation industry’s most trusted software brand. With more than 20 years of experience across software, higher education, and retail sectors, Emily is known for activating people and ideas to transform organizations and deliver measurable business impact.
Prior to joining Veryon, Emily served as the inaugural Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at The University of Texas at Austin, where she led the overall vision and strategy for the UT brand, strengthened and protected its reputation, and drove university-wide marketing and communications efforts. During her tenure, UT achieved record-high applications, enrollment, and philanthropic giving and rose from #10 to #7 among U.S. public universities (U.S. News & World Report). She also served as CMO for UT’s McCombs School of Business, where she built integrated strategies to elevate brand perception, increase demand for its elite undergraduate and graduate programs, and modernize digital capabilities and experiences.
Emily’s previous roles include marketing leadership positions at Bazaarvoice, RadioShack, and Guitar Center, where she consistently delivered double-digit sales growth and led marketing-sourced pipeline efforts exceeding 30%. A passionate advocate for aligning brand, demand, and enablement, she has also spearheaded MarTech transformations and customer journey optimizations to scale performance.
