Veryon is aware that the security of your private information is an important concern.
This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you about the conditions in which we collect, use, store, share, transmit, transfer, delete or otherwise process (collectively “Process”) information relating to you (your Personal Data).

- Profiling means any form of automated processing of personal data consisting of the use of personal data to evaluate certain personal aspects relating to a natural person, in particular to analyze or predict aspects concerning that natural person's performance at work, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, location or movements.

If you would like to enter a request on behalf of a California resident, please submit the request via Data Subject Access Request Upon submission, you will be required to upload documentation showing proof of written permission from the requestor authorizing you to submit a request on their behalf. We reserve the right to require requestors to confirm their requests and/or identity.
Upon submission of the request, you will be asked to provide your first name, last name, and email address. You will receive a verification email that will ask you to provide some additional information, such as an address, state, zip code, and phone number. We will use the information provided to match the identifying information we have on file to verify your identity before processing the request.

5. Collection of Data
You can use our website or apps without actively disclosing Personal Data. 7. Purposes of Use
The Personal Data that you actively provide us with will only be used for the purpose for which you provide such data e.g., for supplying you with the requested products or services or for other purposes for which you have given your consent, except where otherwise provided by law. 8. Security
Veryon uses technical and organizational security precautions to protect your Personal Data from manipulation, loss, destruction, or access by unauthorized persons. Any Personal Data that is provided to Veryon by you will be encrypted in transit to prevent its possible misuse by third parties. Our security procedures are continuously revised based on new technological developments.
9. Children
Considering the importance of protecting children’s privacy, we do not collect, process, or use any information relating to an individual whom we know to be under 16 years old without the prior, verifiable consent of his or her legal representative.
10. Right of Access to, Rectification, Erasure or Restriction of Processing, Right to Object to Processing, Right to Data Portability.
You have the right to request from the Controller:

(3) erasure of your Personal Data or,
(4) restriction of processing of your Personal Data. As well as you can:

11. Right to Withdraw Consent at Any Time

For clarifications sake such withdrawal will, however, not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. 12. Data Retention
We only retain Personal Data for as long as is necessary for us to render a service you have requested or to which you have given your consent, except where otherwise provided by law (e.g., in connection with a pending litigation). 13. Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority
If you are domiciled in the EU, you may have in addition the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in case you do not agree with the processing of your Personal Data
