Sandpiper Aviation selects Veryon Tracking+

Aerial Photography specialist Sandpiper Aviation has chosen Veryon Tracking+ to manage their Airworthiness, Maintenance, and Flight Operations.

Sandpiper Aviation provides aerial photography, ground surveying, and mapping services from their base in Nairobi, Kenya. They operate and maintain a specialized fleet of 15 light aircraft to perform these activities. They also offer CAMO and Part 145 services for other regional operators.

Sandpiper has signed up for Veryon Tracking+ to manage their operations, utilizing Fleet Management, MRO Management, and Flight Operations modules. The implementation project has already begun, with our teams looking to get Sandpiper live later this year.

Michael Mutuku, Head of Quality at Sandpiper Aviation, said:

“We pride ourselves on offering premium, yet affordable mapping solutions to the region. To do this, we must keep our operations cost-effective and running smoothly. Veryon Tracking+ allows us to manage key elements of our business from one solution and effectively plan our activities to keep costs at a minimum, savings which we can then pass on to our customers.”
Julian Stourton, of Veryon, said:

“Sandpiper places great importance on customer satisfaction, so it is easy to see why our solution appealed to them. Tracking+ will boost their ability to deliver high-quality services on the aerial photography side, as well as their secondary offerings.

“Our teams are already working hard to ensure we deliver on this goal, and we look forward to another successful go-live in the region later this year.”
