Amy Broughton

Amy has over 20 years of progressive experience in the discipline of organizational strategy, talent management, talent acquisition, and M&A integration and has operated at scale across multiple private equity owned companies. Most recently, Amy served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief People Officer at SurePoint, a leader in the legal technology space, where she spearheaded large-scale transformation and change management efforts across business and people operations. Amy also served as the Head of HR at Hobsons, an education technology provider (now PowerSchool).

Beyond her professional journey, Amy's heart belongs to Cincinnati, where she resides and is a proud alumna of the University of Cincinnati. When she's not shaping the future of organizations, she enjoys quality time with her family and passionately cheers for her hometown teams, the Reds and the Bengals.

As Chief People Officer at Veryon, Amy will be at the helm of all aspects of our people operations, guiding us towards a future of enhanced teamwork, innovation, and growth.
