Steve Greanias is the Chief Customer Officer at Veryon, where he leads the company’s customer-facing operations with a mission to deliver world-class service and value across the aviation software lifecycle. With over 20 years of experience in high-growth SaaS organizations—including senior roles at Momentive Software (formerly Community Brands) and GoHealth Insurance — Steve brings extensive expertise in customer experience, post-sales operations, and team leadership.
In his role, Steve oversees Customer Success, Onboarding, Quality Assurance, Diagnostic Services, Technical Publications, and Support Operations. He ensures each function works in harmony to drive customer outcomes, accelerate time to value, and foster long-term loyalty.
Steve’s leadership philosophy centers on operational excellence, proactive engagement, data-informed decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. He builds empowered teams rooted in accountability and empathy, aligning business objectives with customers’ success.

Steve graduated with a degree in Finance from Indiana University and is based in the Western Suburbs of Chicago, IL, with his wife and two daughters. He is an avid golfer, a die-hard Chicago sports fan, and heavily involved in his local community.
