About Apex Aviation

Jaime, the Director of Maintenance (DOM) at Apex Aviation, has been at the helm for approximately 15 months. Apex partnered with Veryon just before Jaime joined, and during his tenure, he has witnessed the positive impact of the collaboration. The decision to adopt Veryon aligns with Apex's vision to expand maintenance operations and eventually achieve certification as a Part 145 Repair Station.

Challenges

At the time of considering Veryon, Apex Aviation had ambitious goals of expanding maintenance operations beyond 135 charter operations. The long-term vision included becoming a certified Part 145 station. The existing challenge was the lack of a scalable and organized system to document and track work orders, with the current paper-based approach causing inefficiencies and documentation mistakes. Apex Aviation wanted to expand maintenance operations and document work orders at scale. The paper-based system was proving to be inefficient, leading to organizational challenges and documentation errors.

The decision to explore Veryon was prompted by a recommendation from SoCal Maintenance. The positive feedback from another industry provider influenced Apex's owners to consider Veryon as a solution to support their growth and certification goals.

Results
