Vinay Kumar

As the Chief Technology Officer, Vinay joined Veryon in April of 2019 and leads all aspects of software development, quality, data science, and infrastructure. He prides himself on raising the bar for the aviation industry by keeping Veryon at the forefront of technology. Having brought with him many years of experience leading large-scale transformation programs in the financial services industry, Vinay is a visionary leader and an avid techie who still makes sure to get his hands in the code from time to time. Vinay leads Engineering teams in North America, Europe, and Asia, delivering high-quality results around the clock. He strongly believes in the cultures that drive performance, always connecting people and their ideas and challenging the team to innovate as part of their daily jobs. Vinay is passionate about ensuring security, and a cloud-first mentality is built into everything the team does from the ground up. Vinay studied Computer Science at the University of Ottawa and is based in Toronto, Canada.
