What publication types can Veryon AIRE assist with?
At this stage Veryon AIRE can provide insights from the maintenance publications you are subscribed to – maintenance manuals, IPCs, service information, wiring manuals etc. It cannot currently answer questions on regulatory documents such as airworthiness directives, service bulletins, and type certificates.

Does it collect data based on my inputs?
Data from customer interactions is collected to improve Veryon AIRE’s ability to understand requests and provide helpful responses. This data is de-identified prior to analysis and never used for any other purpose.

Can I turn off this feature for users?
Veryon AIRE can be disabled at the individual user level by users with administrator permissions.
