Apollo MedFlight Expands Partnership with Veryon Defect Analysis to Power Fleet-wide Reliability Insights

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. — (January 23, 2026) Veryon, a leading provider of information services and software solutions for the aviation industry, today announced that Apollo MedFlight has expanded its use of Veryon solutions with a fleet-wide adoption of Veryon Defect Analysis for Business Aviation across its rotorcraft operations.

Apollo MedFlight is an air medical transport service headquartered in Amarillo, Texas, providing services across the United States. Known for its commitment to safe, high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service, Apollo MedFlight operates with a strong focus on safety, transparency, and operational excellence. As its fleet and mission profile have grown, the organization sought deeper insight into aircraft reliability to support proactive maintenance planning and risk reduction.

As a long-time Veryon Tracking customer, Apollo MedFlight initiated a proof of concept to evaluate how defect intelligence could complement existing maintenance processes. Following a successful evaluation, the organization implemented Veryon Defect Analysis across its helicopter fleet, gaining a comprehensive, longitudinal view of defect data spanning multiple years of maintenance history.

With this expanded view, Apollo MedFlight can identify recurring defects, uncover systemic trends, and early indicators of risk that are difficult to detect through traditional tracking alone. These insights support greater confidence in compliance, more informed maintenance decisions, and reduced exposure to unscheduled downtime and AOG events.

This continued partnership reflects a broader shift across air medical and business aviation toward predictive, data-driven maintenance strategies. By complementing maintenance tracking with advanced defect analytics, operators like Apollo MedFlight are building more resilient maintenance programs that directly support safety-critical missions and long-term operational excellence.

Veryon Defect Analysis supports more than 25% of the world’s Commercial Fleet, and with the recent launch for Business Aviation, now includes more than 200 business aircraft worldwide, reflecting growing adoption among high-utilization fleets seeking earlier insight into repeat defects and emerging reliability risks.
