Kevin Mullen

Kevin began his journey at Veryon in 2024 as Vice President of Customer Success and now serves as Senior Vice President of Customer Success, bringing extensive expertise in customer success leadership within the software startup and private equity sectors. Kevin is a seasoned Customer Success practitioner with a proven track record of driving operational excellence to deliver best-in-class customer experience. His strategic focus includes building profitable Professional Services, creating a self-sustaining Support model, and establishing a net-zero Customer Success organization within a company's post-sales operations. 

With deep expertise in enterprise software, software implementation, agile methodologies, customer relationship management (CRM), and professional services, Kevin has built a career on driving customer satisfaction and business growth. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems from Middle Tennessee State University, where he specialized in Information Systems. Kevin’s leadership is defined by a data-driven approach and a commitment to empowering customers to maximize value from their Veryon solutions. .
