New AI Agents in Veryon Tracking Drive Faster, Smarter Aviation Maintenance

Veryon AIRE expands within Veryon Tracking with four new workflow-aware agents that accelerate turnaround and reduce manual effort

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. (May 4, 2026) — Veryon, a leading provider of aviation software and information services, today announced the launch of four new AI-powered agents within Veryon Tracking. Powered by Veryon AIRE, these new agents include Work Orders, Maintenance, Logbook, and Knowledge Base. They are designed to help aviation maintenance teams move faster, reduce manual workload, and make more confident decisions directly within their daily workflows.

These agents are embedded natively inside Veryon Tracking, bringing workflow-aware intelligence directly to the systems maintenance teams already rely on. The result is a more seamless experience that removes friction, speeds execution, and improves operational efficiency across the maintenance lifecycle.

“AI only creates real value when it is integrated into the workflows teams use every day,” said Brandon Watson, Group Product Manager, at Veryon. “By expanding Veryon AIRE within Veryon Tracking, we are helping operators move faster, reduce repetitive tasks, and make smarter decisions in the moments that matter most.”

Each agent is purpose-built to enhance a core function within Veryon Tracking:

    • Work Order Agent simplifies the creation, management, and tracking of work orders, reducing administrative time and improving turnaround speed.
    • Maintenance Agent helps teams create and manage maintenance items by capturing details such as item type, intervals, and tail-specific context.
    • Logbook Agent enables users to upload relevant files and create eLogbook entries to document maintenance work performed.
    • Knowledge Base Agent gives users the ability to ask questions and search the Veryon Knowledge Base for documentation, how-to articles, helpful tips, and source-linked answers, directly within Veryon Tracking.

Together, these agents transform Veryon Tracking into a more intelligent and responsive platform that not only manages maintenance data but also actively helps teams act on it.

Experience the new AI-powered agents firsthand at the NBAA Maintenance Conference, booth #518, where live walkthroughs will highlight the latest platform enhancements. Veryon will also host a demo session, “Inside the Unified Suite Powering Smarter Aviation Maintenance,” presented by Chris Heine on May 5 at 2:45 p.m. CST in Exhibit Hall E.
